
The Blue Beetle currently accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Your credit card will be charge the day the merchandise is shipped. Personalized items are considered “special order” items and payment is due in advance. Your credit card will be charged upon receipt of your personalized item order.
Once orders have been placed we will begin processing immediately. Most items ship within 48 hours, however some may take longer depending on if your order contains any custom or personalized items. Please allow 7-10 days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive your package by the 10th business day, please let us know so that so that we can track your package. Many personalized orders ship directly from our engravers to help speed up delivery times. Please let us know if you need an item sooner and we will so our best to expedite your order. We ship via UPS and USPS. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will result in additional shipping charges. Some heavy or oversized items may incur an additional charge. The Blue Beetle is only able to ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Should you cancel your order before you receive your package, shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

You will be alerted via email to any delay in shipping. If an item is out of stock, the item will be placed on backorder for you and will ship out as soon as it restocks. (Normally within 2-3 weeks.) Occasionally, it may take longer for an item to restock.
All items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and leave our store in perfect condition. Any breakage in shipping must be reported to us within 5 days. All original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available to process claim.
Non-personalized items can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Please call or email to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned after 10 days without an authorization number will not be accepted. All items must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Return the merchandise to the following address:
Please note we do not accept COD deliveries. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. This includes returns and exchanges.
Blue Beetle is located in Nantucket Massachusetts; you may avoid shipping cost by returning merchandise in person with original receipt only.
All personalized items are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun on personalized items. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. We will only be able to cancel your order if production has not begun with our engravers.
Please give your detail for engraving very carefully. Traditional monograms are done in the order of First, Last, Middle/Maiden initials with the center letter (last name initial) being the largest. Please give initials in the order they are to be engraved – First, Last, Middle/Maiden. You may also give the person’s entire name to confirm. You may use the Additional information box during check out to notify us of any details about your order.
Order sizes carefully as personalized items cannot be returned. Please email sales@BlueBeetleNantucket.com or call 508-228-3227 if you have any questions about our items before ordering. We are happy to give you any measurements and answer any questions about our products. Just ask! Once personalized items have been placed for engraving, we cannot accept any changes.
Personalized items will only be exchanged for an identical replacement if the item is received damaged. If you receive a defective personalized item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.
